====== cuknns: GPU accelerated k-nearest neighbor library ======

The cuknns is a GPU accelerated parallel library for fast exact k-nearest neighbor search of multidimensional data. \\
It is developed in CUDA and supports C and Matlab interfaces.\\


The current version V 2.1.0 compiles under Linux and requires the installation of CUDA version 4.2 or later and a CUDA enabled GPU to run.\\
Also an installation of MATLAB is recommended.
